i liked that it was in a neighborhood. Access to the reception was convenient for questions. Having windows open for fresh air was very nice.
noise from doors in the building opening and closing was a problem. Voices between rooms are clear even at a low volume. The room is just a wee bit too small.

the location allowed easy walking into the town center in just ten minutes. eden court was also nearby and accessible. i appreciated that parking was available at the site.
the bathroom fan made some noise and did not immediately switch off after turning off the light.

Location is good and it has free parking. The walk into the centre takes about 5 minutes, it is exactly what I wanted. I do not need luxury, just a bed for the night and parking. Staff are also great, the room are always fine.
The owner was hard to interact with, I called ahead about a late flight. the room did not get cleaned everyday, despite I asked. They couldn't keep my backpack at reception and the walls are thin.
